Greens Aeration – October 7th & 8th
Indian Peaks will be aerating greens Monday, October 7th and Tuesday, October 8th. This is a necessary maintenance practice that is required to keep our greens in the fantastic condition that we are all accustomed to. We will be pulling plugs and top dressing with sand to fill the holes. We drag the greens on a regular basis following this procedure to help fill in the holes and work the sand into the green surface.
Our maintenance team does an excellent job with this process and work diligently to get the greens into great condition after aeration. Typically the greens will be a little rough and have some sand from the top dressing for about 10 days after aeration.
