Nestled amidst the breathtaking vistas of the Indian Peaks Mountain Range, Indian Peaks Golf Course boasts a remarkable design crafted by the esteemed Hall of Fame player, Hale Irwin. With a distinguished career highlighted by victories in prestigious championships such as three U.S. Opens and two U.S. Senior Opens, Irwin’s expertise shines through in every aspect of our spectacular layout. 

Named after the rugged peaks of the nearby wilderness, our course offers a captivating backdrop of the Continental Divide to the west, showcasing eight iconic peaks named after Native American tribes. Since opening its doors in 1993, Indian Peaks has become a beloved destination for both locals and travelers seeking an unforgettable golfing experience. 

Featuring 18 holes of championship golf, our course caters to golfers of all skill levels with six sets of tees spanning from 4,916 yards to 7,088 yards. Whether you’re seeking a leisurely round or a challenging test of skill, there’s a tee box perfectly suited to your game.

2026 Dry Course Conditions Update (4/18/26):

We are experiencing higher than normal temperatures and must use water efficiently to meet supply demands later in the season. Unseasonably warm and dry conditions require us to take additional steps to conserve water and help protect the health of the grass. Indian Peaks is employing best agronomic practices to balance the needs of the course with environmental stewardship and effective water management strategies while preserving course playability. Golfers may observe impacts on the course due to significant water conservation measures currently in place. Reduced water availability can have significant impacts on the health of the grass.

The following are in effect beginning April 21st:

• CART PATH/ROUGH-ONLY 7 DAYS A WEEK (ADA Carts Excepted) – Indian Peaks will be using a hybrid cart path/rough-only restriction for riding carts to preserve course conditions and limit excessive cart damage.
• Boulder County Stage 1 Fire Ban – No smoking or open flames are allowed on the golf course.
